La empresa realiz\u00f3 pruebas piloto utilizando un sistema de filtro de hojas a presi\u00f3n, pero concluy\u00f3 que no era una soluci\u00f3n de filtraci\u00f3n eficaz para esta aplicaci\u00f3n, ya que provocaba problemas durante la descarga de la torta.<\/p><p><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong><br \/>El principal problema fue que las part\u00edculas de Polietileno provocaban que la torta de filtraci\u00f3n se pegara, lo que provocaba una separaci\u00f3n de grasas ineficaz, un aumento del tiempo total de producci\u00f3n y frecuentes intervenciones de limpieza.\u00a0El equipo de Amafilter decidi\u00f3 que la tecnolog\u00eda Cricketfilter ser\u00eda la soluci\u00f3n de filtraci\u00f3n ideal y procedi\u00f3 a una prueba piloto, que arroj\u00f3 excelentes resultados.<\/p><p>La funci\u00f3n de retropulso del Cricketfilter ubicada en la parte inferior de los elementos filtrantes redirige el aire hacia arriba para inflar uniformemente las bolsas de filtro, asegurando efectivamente la m\u00e1xima descarga de torta de filtro. Se instal\u00f3 un sistema con un mecanismo de retropulso en la planta del cliente, lo que result\u00f3 en un aumento significativo en el tiempo de producci\u00f3n ya que ya no se produc\u00edan aver\u00edas en los equipos ni en los procesos.<\/p><p>La instalaci\u00f3n del Cricketfilter llev\u00f3 al cliente a lograr un Polietileno de 33 ppm, un resultado excelente que cumpli\u00f3 con el objetivo del cliente de lograr menos de 50 ppm, permiti\u00e9ndole producir un combustible renovable de alta calidad.<\/p><p>Ahora separan eficientemente la grasa y el Polietileno de los restos de comida para producir combustible renovable de alta calidad para su propia flota de transporte.<\/p><p>Esto no s\u00f3lo ha reducido sustancialmente los costos operativos de los camiones, sino que tambi\u00e9n ha contribuido a los objetivos de sostenibilidad de la empresa. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n vendiendo el combustible renovable adicional que producen a otras empresas, creando una fuente adicional de ingresos rentables a partir del proceso operativo mejorado.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de experimentar los beneficios que Cricketfilter aport\u00f3 a su planta, compraron otros dos sistemas para otra instalaci\u00f3n que operan en el este de
