Las empresas probar\u00e1n y calificar\u00e1n el SAF derivado de Alder, promover\u00e1n pol\u00edticas para acelerar la transici\u00f3n a la energ\u00eda renovable en la aviaci\u00f3n y aumentar\u00e1n la cantidad de SAF para el mercado aeroespacial mundial. La tecnolog\u00eda patentada de Alder Fuels permite la conversi\u00f3n eficiente de residuos forestales abundantes y sostenibles con biomasa regenerativa en un \u00abcrudo verde\u00bb de bajo carbono negativo para la conversi\u00f3n de combustible para aviones. El producto de Alder es apto para su conversi\u00f3n en SAF drop-in, lo que significa que puede ser producido por las refiner\u00edas existentes con sus equipos e infraestructuras actuales. Alder espera completar su primera planta en 2024.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote>A medida que avanzamos hacia el compromiso de la industria de la aviaci\u00f3n civil de alcanzar las cero emisiones netas de carbono en 2050, sabemos que se necesita entre 700 y 1.000 veces m\u00e1s SAF para alcanzar este objetivo<br><\/blockquote>\n<p>dijo Sheila Remes, vicepresidenta de Sostenibilidad Medioambiental de Boeing. \u00abTambi\u00e9n sabemos que, seg\u00fan el Departamento de Energ\u00eda de EE. UU., los residuos forestales y agr\u00edcolas de EE. UU. podr\u00edan proporcionar por s\u00ed solos suficiente energ\u00eda de biomasa para generar suficiente combustible SAF para aviones como para desplazar el 75% del consumo de combustible de aviaci\u00f3n de EE. UU.\u00bb. Boeing apoyar\u00e1 las pruebas y la cualificaci\u00f3n del SAF derivado de Alder, incluidas las demostraciones de vuelo para garantizar su preparaci\u00f3n.
